While overseas last year, I came across a restaurant called "Group Therapy" & was immediately inspired. It hit me and I knew I wanted to share this with the world through Faith & Fruit Snacks.

As someone that advocates & fully understands the importance of mental health, the value of therapy is priceless. I'm grateful for the people I can confide in, but I always make sure I run everything through Christ that provides for me everyday of my life. Group Therapy I serves as a reminder not to forget to include the Holy Trinity in our mental health journey. You can love God and still find assistance through therapy.
